Mother's Day

For Mother's Day my wonderful little Family bought me a Locust Tree. I love this gift because every year on this special day I can take pictures of the girls by the tree and see how much each has grown.
In the summer we can sit beneath our tree and have picnics.
One day we will hang a tire swing from the strongest branch.
We will carve our names on the tree trunk.
And every time I look at the tree I will remember my girls helping Daddy plant it and smiling while Mom took pictures.

Dandelion Bouquet

A Rose can say "I love you"... An Orchid can enthrall...but a Dandelion bouquet in a chubby fist, that's the best of all.

Today I received my first Dandelion Bouquet.
I really do look forward to these each year.
We were out for a walk today and Addy & Gracie were gathering these "Beautiful Flowers" along the way. I absolutely love the innocence of children and their ability to see the beauty in things that not everyone else can see.
