Graduation

The end of school this year came with a couple of HUGE milestones!

First...a high school graduation.
 (Gasp!!!)
Then a graduation from fifth grade AND Elementary School.
 (Gasp again!!!)
And finally a graduation from third grade to fourth.
Which "ain't no thang" for Miss Gracie. She had much better things to do then pose for pictures!

I am so dang proud of my amazing daughters!!! And I love them tons and tons!
And I have to brag a bit about my super smart girls...
Because Kenzie made the honor roll ALL through high school. Parent-teacher conference went something like this:
Teacher's: "Oh!!! We love Kenzie! She is such an awesome girl and GREAT student. She is SO much fun to have in class....."
Actually that scenario played out the same for all three kiddo's.

Addy was awarded the Presidential Award for Academics and received a certificate and letter signed by President Obama. Wow! She received all 4's which is the elementary equivalent of the Honor Roll!

And Gracie also received all 4's. She participated in EVERY thing she possibly could this year and did fabulous!

Spring Break

We had a FABULOUS Spring Break in St. George.

Hiking around Pioneer Park and Snow Canyon, playing for HOURS in the pool, eating HUGE donuts, watching movies until 3 a.m. and visiting the BEAUTIFUL St. George Temple and Brigham Young's summer home.

Lee's schedule with his new job was not at all accommodating for a road trip so it was just me, my girls and Kenzie's friend Corrine.
I have NEVER traveled alone with my kids before, but with a little help from Siri I think I did pretty dang good. My little girls are now somewhat familiar with U-turns, mild cuss words, and improper turns on the freeway. Kenzie even drove for the first time on the freeway! Woo Hoo!
We stayed with my sweet Aunt Doreen and I enjoyed visiting with her in the evenings. Looking through old photos of my Dad and grandpa and teaching her how to use Facebook! She is a wonderful lady and I am thankful for her and her kindness.
I sure am one lucky lady!
